Application of Nano-Composites in the Recovery of Sports Ligament Injury

To study the application of nano-composites in recovery sports ligament injury is main objective. Rabbits were divided into two groups on average. Firstly, cell samples prepared after circumcision children and nano-composite scaffolds by electrospinning driven current. Cell planted cultured to prepare mimicking extracellular matrix. The surgical sutures embedded injured motor ligaments. In anterior cruciate experimental sample, group was set up; control group, sample only received basic nursing care. At 2nd w operation, tissue edema around incision knee joint observed no absorption micro suture observed, gap between tendon bone tunnel obvious, tibia femur loose; at 4th antibacterial partially absorbed joint, there obvious tendon-bone interface ligament. 8th completely disappeared, well repaired, most anti-bacterial cancellous tibiofemoral junction tightly bonded.
